What Is Project Graduation?

Project Graduation is a drug and alcohol free late night celebration for CHCCS graduated seniors and their guests. There will be food, music, a casino, prizes, a photo booth, karaoke, dodgeball, dancing, and much much more! One in six attending seniors win prizes at this event.

Where and When Does It Happen?

This years event will take place at UNC Chapel Hill’s Student Union (a.k.a. Carolina Union). It will begin at 11PM on graduation day, Saturday, June 14th, and end at 4AM on Sunday, June 15th, 2025.

Why is Project Graduation important?

It provides a safe, fun, equitable way for all graduating seniors to celebrate. Our community has recorded zero fatalities on graduation night since Project Graduation began in 1992

Who Can Attend Project Graduation and How?

All graduated seniors for the CHCCS school system may attend. Seniors may invite one guest to attend with them.

Admission is permitted only with a printed ticket – you will receive a ticket after signed consent forms are turned in.

No ticket, no entry, no excuses.
