11 PM (June 15) – 4 AM (June 16)

• Each Senior at CHS, CHHS, ECHHS, & Phoenix Academy may attend the free celebration and invite one guest.

• All Seniors and guests planning to attend MUST return the Parent/Guardian signed consent forms even if 18 years or older; these are double sided forms. 

• All forms must be signed by a parent/guardian. Those unsure of attending the celebration should submit the forms.

• Students and guests should arrive drug and alcohol free.

• Doors open at 11:00 PM. No admittance after 12 midnight.

• Each Senior with an invited guest must check in with their guest.

•    Admission is permitted only upon presentation of the printed ticket. 

• There is no admission charge or fee for food, games, and activities.

* This event is completely FREE! *

• Students will need to turn in all personal belongings, including cell phones, when they arrive at PG.  Our SROs will be helping wand students to make sure that everyone has their possessions securely stored.

• Only seniors are eligible for prizes. Seniors must be present to win prizes. Drawings for prizes start at 12 midnight and end with the GRAND PRIZE at 3:15 AM.   IF a student has won a prize and left prior to claiming the prize, it will be raffled to another graduate.

• Seniors and their guests may leave at any time, but they will not be allowed to re-enter the Student Union.

• If a student or guest exhibits the effects of substance abuse or behaves in a disorderly manner, their parent/guardian will be called to pick up the student.

• If a parent/guardian cannot be reached, a chaperone will escort the student or guest home. This event is fully chaperoned and professional security and emergency services are in attendance.

• In case of emergency, parents may have their students paged at the UNC Student Union by calling 919-962-2285 on the evening of the event.
