  • Each senior at CHS, CHHS, ECHHS and Phoenix Academy, INCLUDING THOSE NOT GRADUATING ON JUNE 11, 2022 may attend the free celebration and invite one guest. The event will be held at the UNC Chapel Hill Student Union on graduation night, Saturday, June 11, 2022. The doors will open at 11:00 P.M., with no admittance after 1:00 A.M.
  • All seniors and guests planning to attend must return the parent/guardian signed consent forms, even if over the age of 18 years. The form is double-sided.
  • Consent forms must be turned in ahead of time to your school’s Ticketmaster. Consent forms are not accepted at the door.
  • Each senior and invited guest must check-in at the UNC Student Union together.
  • All personal items must be checked at the door. No purses, backpacks, water bottles, cameras, or cell phones will be allowed inside. HOWEVER, THEY CAN BE ACCESSED AT ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AS NEEDED.
  • Guest changes can only occur before receiving the official ticket and new guests still must have official consent form signed. Once official ticket is received, you cannot change guests.
  • Admission is permitted only with printed ticket – you will receive a ticket after signed consent forms are turned in.  THIS FLYER IS NOT YOUR TICKET! Do not lose your ticket.  No ticket, no entry, no excuses.
  • Only seniors are eligible for prizes and you must be present to win. Drawings start at 12:00 A.M. and continue throughout the night.
  • Free parking is available near the student union in the Cobb Parking Deck or along Stadium Drive. A map will be provided on the back of the ticket.
  • Seniors and their guests may leave at any time, but will not be allowed to re-enter the student union.
  • This event is fully chaperoned – security from UNC and CHCCS and emergency services from Orange County are in attendance, with safety measures in place, including metal detectors. No outside visitors are allowed and entrances are monitored all night.
